DESTINY, built by Takaya Developments, is a two-building low-rise set into the forest, high up on the North Shore mountains overlooking Burrard Inlet. The modern architecture with a West Coast sensibility, designed by Bingham+Hill, gives way to minimal interiors with urban sophistication. Designed by Insight Design Group to reflect their natural environment, the suites have an organic & textural palette creating a seamless connection to the exterior. By using natural materials combined with contemporary fixtures, interior spaces achieve an instant sensibility of rest and relaxation.

The use of extensive sections of glass, stone and natural wood accents visually support the architectural concept while shed roof lines and extensive floor-to-ceiling glass to allow natural light to permeate the interiors. A standalone glass amenity building, with a state-of-the-art fitness centre and green roof is surrounded by a dramatic infinity edge reflecting pond that cascades into a waterfall at the main lobby entry that is both bold and beautiful in concept.

Aligning with the North Shore’s recreational opportunities, each unit comes with its own bike lockers, a limited number of kayak lockers, dog washing station, spacious patios and decks for barbecues and parties.
