I cannot say express in words how unbelievable Roland, and Tina are as a team. I interviewed three realtors after having the worst experience of my life with a seedy/shady agent who could not care less about his clients’ needs. Understandably I was very nervous the second time around. I decided to go with Roland because I really liked his calm demeanor and outstanding marketplace knowledge. Roland, Mackenzie, and Tina were with me from start to finish and beyond in this process. The communication was seamless which helped put me at ease. Roland and Mackenzie came over and helped stage the home before taking amazing pictures and a video for the launch. I had this apartment on the market for more than 3 months with the other agent and he could not get a single offer. Roland SOLD MY PLACE IN 1 DAY IN A SLOW MARKET!!! Through his social media campaign and connections in the market, he was able to garner a lot of interest and we found the right buyer. Roland’s negotiation skills are unmatched. This team worked so hard for me and so diligently that I hired them to help me buy a new place. I told them what I was looking for, they compiled a few properties for me and surprisingly I found my current home on our first tour together. I thought it was going to take me a long time but they nailed it! I had a really bad impression of realtors after my last experience but Roland and Tina completely turned that around. I have never worked with such amazingly, good, and thoughtful humans. I would recommend this team to anyone! I would go so far as to say you can contact me directly if you have any questions. There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude. Thank you guys for all that you have done. When I go to sell again, you will definitely be my team!

Roland was a pleasure to work with. Very hard working and detailed in advising us on buying a house in Forest Hills. They're honest, patient and listened to our requirements while also guiding us in the right direction. Great experience

Roland and Tina are rockstars. We've bought and sold our share of homes and I can say this was one of the friendliest, most professional, most-dialed-in real estate sales and service teams we've ever worked with. Thank you to you all.

It’s been a pleasure working with Roland on my last 4 Real Estate transactions. He always responds to phone calls and emails quickly, and most importantly on my latest purchase, he found a wonderful home at an unbelievable price! Roland comes highly recommended!

If you are looking for a professional and "honest" realtor, Roland is your option. Honesty was absolutely important for me as a first-time home buyer. He is not looking to sell something to you. I really believe he cares that his clients are very satisfied with their purchases at the end and that's one of the main reasons he is quite successful. His assistants are also helpful and quite fast in communication. Loved the experience.
